“阳春布德泽,万物生光辉 。”随之而来的是对日常生活的体悟和对美好事物的期盼。值此之际，索美画廊将在简屋书店的全新空间为观众带来一场艺术盛宴，涵盖了二十多年的艺术经验和对未来趋势的期待和预测。这其中既饱含了对悠悠艺术长河中璀璨之星的崇敬，也坚定地表达了我们对当下新一代中坚艺术家创作的信心和赞赏之情。在本次展览中，索美画廊精选了十六位艺术家的代表作品，以岁月之美、几何之美、超凡之美三个维度，向观众呈现多层次的艺术发现之旅。

从时间的角度，欣赏写实艺术中的四季之变化，人情之冷暖。岁月之美来自于四季更迭，春芳秋华，却不止于此。艺术家丁雄泉、俞晓夫、黄来铎、张峰、刘磊、李遂的作品中包含了对生活中点点滴滴的事物和人物细致入微的观察和体悟。从俞晓夫教授笔下一个个深邃却精妙绝伦的小人物的”表情“到黄来铎先生的《十五头大象变奏曲》中对大象迁徙的浪漫塑造、以及对精神家园的探求与回归，再由‘采花大盗“丁雄泉对潇洒人生的快意表达到张峰老师雕刻下女性恬静、柔美的艺术形象，最后笔锋落至刘磊对花卉恣意生长的生命力的热情描绘和李遂注入了人性和自由意志的人体姿态。每一个鲜活的形象都凝固了时间，以艺术家精湛的技巧保存了易逝的回忆和时间。

从空间的角度，观赏现代主义和后现代主义艺术的深度和广度。展览中的四位围绕着现代主义和后现代主义题材的艺术家阿曼、米凯尔、黄佳、应晶晶和曾曦则为我们展现了几何和逻辑在当代的感性表达，西班牙艺术家米凯尔善用抽象符号，通过不断层层剥茧将现实世界的景象推向纯粹的语言；旅德艺术家黄佳则将几何造型本身的带有的鲜明个性进行组合，将点、线、面思维发挥的淋漓尽致，她的渐变色作品更是灵活拿捏色彩空间的饱满度。应晶晶作为探索前卫艺术的先锋，将充满未来感的形态在“元宇宙”中赋予新的生命力，而以材料语汇见长的艺术家曾曦，通过不锈钢等非常规材料的使用更为极端的揭示出视觉观看的问题，他的创作不只是为了制造奇异的视觉效果，他所着重讨论的是艺术本源--观看之道。

从主体的角度，探索艺术家奇幻的超现实主义的超凡之美。最后一组艺术家则为我们展现了一望无际的超现实主义世界观，艺术大师萨尔瓦多·达利的经典之作《时间的贵族气息》扭曲了钟表，仿佛将时间和空间都一并塌缩和扭曲。同为西班牙艺术家的杰拉德·马斯所创作的人像作品将传统雕塑和宝塔菜并置，令人忍俊不禁的同时，也带有超现实主义大师玛格丽特的影子。刘军的雕塑将维纳斯与太湖石元素相融汇的创作，将东西方的审美观念巧妙结合，而新锐雕塑家王立伟的牛皮人像雕塑在材质创新的基础之上，探讨中国传统道教文化中内与外，自我和无我的哲学状态，两者都可谓是浑然天成。台湾艺术家林博裕的雕塑作品将动物的骨骸和植物造型相结合，充满了神秘的神话色彩，令人对自然心生敬畏。

通过三个板块，十余位艺术家共同营造的艺术场景之生机勃勃，宛如立春时节，万物生长的澎湃之景，索美画廊试图将艺术的生命力播撒在人们心中。未来可期，艺术不止。

Statement

“The Sun of spring spreads hope and everything thrives.” The gratitude for daily life and expectation of beauty is aroused spontaneously. On this occasion, Somei Gallery brings an art feast to the audience in the new space located in Jianwu Bookstore, bearing the weight of our more than 20 years of art experience and expectations and predictions for future art trends. This not only contains the reverence for the renowned figures in the history of art, but also firmly expresses our confidence and appreciation for the new generation of contemporary art. In this exhibition, Somei Gallery selects representative works of sixteen artists, presenting a multi-aspect journey of artistic discovery to the audience in three dimensions: the beauty of time, the beauty of geometry, and the beauty of the extraordinary.

From the perspective of time, we appreciate the change of seasons and sophisticated human feelings in realistic art. The beauty of time not only comes from the change of seasons, but also from works of artists Ting Walasse, Yu Xiaofu, Huang Laiduo, Zhang Feng, Liu Lei and Li Sui. Their works contain detailed observation and understanding of the daily objects and characters in everyday life. From the "expressions" of the deep but exquisite little characters in Professor Yu Xiaofu's works to the romantic depiction of elephant migration in Mr. Huang Laiduo's "Fifteen Elephant Variations", as well as the search for and return to the spiritual homeland, then from "Playboy" Walasse Ting's optimistic expression of his expansive lifestyle to feminine artistic image of women sculpted by Zhang Feng. Last but not least, Liu Lei's passionate description of the vitality of flowers growing freely and Li Sui's human body posture infused with humanity and free will draw the line of beauty.（and Liu Jun's Venus statue combined with Taihu stone elements, ）Every vivid image captures the essence of time, and preserves memories and time with their great techniques.

From the perspective of abstract space, we appreciate the depth and width of modernism and postmodernism art. The four artists in the exhibition, Arman, Miquel, Huang Jia, Ying Jingjing and Zeng Xi, who revolve around the theme of modernism and postmodernism, show us the perceptual expression of geometry and logic in contemporary times. The Spanish artist Miquel focuses on using abstract symbols, transforms scenes of the realistic world into a visual language gradually; Huang Jia, an artist based in Germany, combined the distinctive personality of the geometric shape itself, and brought into mindful thinking of points, lines, and planes. Her gradient color patterns are flexible and truly exhibit the fullness of color. Ying Jingjing, as a pioneer in exploring avant-garde art, endows the futuristic form with new vitality in the "Metaverse". The artist Zeng Xi, who is an expert of material language, extremely reveals the method of visual viewing through the use of unconventional materials such as stainless steel. His creation is not only to manufacture strange visual effects, but also unveil what he focuses on – the ways of seeing, which is the origin of art.

From the perspective of the subject, we explore the extraordinary beauty of the artist's fantastic surrealism. The last group of artists showed us an endless view of the surreal world. Salvador Dali's classic work "The Nobility of Time" distorted the clock, as if it collapsed and distorted both time and space. The portrait work created by fellow Spanish artist Gerard Mas juxtapose a traditional figure and Romanesco broccoli, whose ridiculousness has similar effect of the surrealist master Marguerite. Liu Jun's sculpture combines the elements of Venus and Taihu Lake stone, as well as combines the aesthetic concepts of the East and the West. On the basis of material innovation, the new sculptor Wang Liwei's cowhide statue explores the inner and outer, the philosophical state of self and selflessness in traditional Chinese Taoist culture. Taiwanese artist Lin Boyu's sculptures combine animal bones and botanical shapes, which are mysterious and remind people the power of nature.

Through the three sections, thirteen artists jointly create an artistic scene full of vitality, just like the beginning of spring, when all things grow and surge. Somei Gallery devotes to spread the vitality of art in people's hearts. The future can be expected, and art will not stop.
